Our WIN LATAM chapter dived into the year with vigor, starting with a successful kickoff meeting with the WIN Leadership team. This event paved the way for a re-introduction to the entire Brazilian team, showcasing a dedicated leadership team of 12 women and a growing membership of 61 women. For the first quarter, plans are in place to engage all WIN LATAM members in a kickoff event, debut a newsletter for all Brazilian employees, and host an in-person meeting in March. We aim to continue demonstrating the chapter’s commitment to a supportive, nurturing community of women.
